I am a member of another Forum involving sci fi model building and such. A lot of people make and sell resin cast kits there, which can run for some serious cake. I was admiring one said kit type, a model of something from MechWarrior 4 that someone had sculpted out the master mold and was pouring them for sales distribution. I had commented on how cool it looked and wished I wasn't a POV so I could get one. weeks later I got a PM from him to look at the thread in question. I went there and he posted that if I PMed him my address my wish just may come true! I was shocked beyond disbelief while replying and then PMing my info. Well, 3 days later I received a package- lo and behold I had received one of these kits! I think he was selling them for $125+ each, not including S&H. He said it was a random act of kindness- pretty darn nice indeed!

I guess sending stuff from my spare parts to other Forum members there at my expense a few times got some good karma thrown my way for a change!!!

Very nice RS
I was on survival forum and a new member (Wilderness Medic and he served in the USCG) began posting about first aid and "No possible way you're getting to a hospital" care so I started asking him questions about other things. Just so happens he just began putting together custom FAK and selling them. He sent me two trauma kits each in their own MOLLE pouches, for FREE! I didn't ask for them, and he didn't tell me he was sending two of them......

For today......
Good day, not too warm. Made hash browns, eggs, and a sausage/egg/cheese muffin.
Football on TV all day long, and the wife went to the park with my boy for the afternoon. I think it's Bulliet time!

Well there's this new forum, which is real slick and hopefully will have less of a spam problem. So I guess I got that goin' for me, which is nice.
And on the 8th day, God looked down on his planned paradise, and said "I need a caretaker."
So God made a farmer.
