Con
You mean everyone doesn't have them?
LoL
Just kidding I drive a 15 year old car that needs a new suspension.

UD
I don't think I would like them after the first couple of minutes.
I am a blast furnace these days, 4000 to 4500 calories a day and not gaining weight.
Or maybe I am just old and not absorbing the nutrients?
Probably the latter although I like to think it is the former. LoL

I'm holding steady at 224 nowadays no matter what I eat.
I have to schedule another throat procedure, trying to postpone until January. Remember my shoulder surgery a few years back? Now I need it on my right shoulder, my labrum is getting shredded by a bone spur. Gonna need it to play ball with the little one ya know.

Indeed you will need it.
Sucks that is happening though.
It just seems you can't catch a break.
When my youngest was playing ball my right shoulder was already worn out and let me tell you it sucked.
I wanted to be able to do more than toss the ball.
I could bring the heat 4 or 5 times and that was it, anymore and I would be in real pain while the joint healed.

The steps for getting a new house built are tiresome, but we are finally seeing some progress. Permits suck--they are expensive and time-consuming, but we finally have them done. Our septic and driveway are also in! Next step, footings and foundation--more fun!

Wife and I found out we're having a little girl. Everything looks healthy, so nothing to worry about as of halfway through

That is really awesome!
Enjoy this time in your life.
It can be trying but looking back I wish I had payed attention and enjoyed it more.

May I suggest you choose a traditional name.
Names are words of power, they influence who the person becomes and is.
I named my children conventional family names very gender specific and normal sounding.
I had a cousin with a very bad name set, first and middle were horrible.
Once upon a time in a different part of the world they would have been very normal but not for the deep South in the 60's
He learned to fight early in life.

Just because a name sounds kool that does not mean it should be given to a child.
Dweezil Zappa
Moon Unit Zappa

Ever read Catch 22?
Army Rank Major
First Name Major
Last Name Major
Yup he was Major Major Major
I wonder if that has ever happened in real life?

Bob and zombreach
We're going with Gwendalynn. I wanted Gwendolyn, but I don't care enough to start a fight over two letters that don't even really change the name. She'll probably be Gwen 75% of the time anyway.

Wife's been sleeping on the couch for about 3 since she can get more elevated and and sleeps better than in the bed. Been having the best sleep of my life, a queen size bed all to myself.

Con, Gwen is a pretty name--one you don't hear very often any more. Gwendolyn is the more common spelling, but I wouldn't argue over that point either.

I am spending the holidays at my son's apartment. I even brought my dirty laundry--how's that for a twist! He states I am a bit particular because I insisted he clean his bathroom for my visit. LOL!! I will be doing a bit of cleaning while I am here--I can't help it. He says "you are such a Mom!". I will take that as a compliment!
