Season 7 Has begun...

Well, that sure was an eye opener. I am interested to see how this proceeds, there are a myriad of variables in play. One thing I liked from what we saw at the end of last season was the people who were riding horses and using leather(?) armor and well made spears!

Wow! Now that was an exciting opening episode! I loved it and was not surprised by the victim(s). I too am curious by the men on horseback. I can't wait to discover Carol's fate.

Very intense episode.
I hated to see Abraham go.
The loss of Glenn was just plain sad.

Well I think they did a great job of making us want Nagan dead.
At this point I think VJ's revenge is the way to go with him.
Once again they need me on staff in Atlanta as an advisor.

Holy shit! So i've been out of the loop for about two season and lets just say i binge watched the second half of season 5, season 6, and the current one.

Is it me or are they spending too many episodes on a single character? Some of these episodes were a drag. The Tara adventure into the female campground was terrible. She should have died on three separate occasions. Maybe I'm just a little bitter over Abraham...

I actually have enjoyed the episodes centered on one character, but I agree, the one with Tara was boring and did not really have much purpose. She is such a minor character, and I was surprised that they did a whole episode on her. Maybe, there will be some significance in regards to the group of women later on.

As for Abraham, I also was sad over his demise. I really liked his character and all his unusual comments. I feel bad saying this, but I was not too sad to see Glen go. I have tried to like his character, and he has grown on me some over the seasons, but he just is not my cup of tea.

Yeah I'm with you there. I actually hated Glenn. I found him annoying more than anything else. I find Negan fascinating. He's not crazy like the Governor but ruthless and very calculating. He reads people like an open book. He would be the most difficult type of adversary to deal with in a Zpoc. Especially if he has the numbers on you.

Negan is like Shane--you love to hate him. Shane was one of my favorite characters because he made things interesting. I like Negan for the same reasons. I think Negan is a bit crazy--definitely a sociopath. He knows how to push someone to their limits and gets a bit crazy when things don't go the way he was planning. He is such a self-confident bastard and I love him for it.

His good looks don't hurt either! LOL!

Actually he is doing a lot right.
I question his use of the iron though.
I think the theft of women and branding of their previous men is going to lead to his downfall.
Love, Hate and Revenge go hand in hand.

As a side note, that is a godawful huge 3rd degree burn.
I am not sure how survivable it would actually be.

I would liked to have seen he and the Governor go at it.

I have mixed feeling about Negan. I hate what he does but at the same time he's intelligent enough and charismatic enough that I find him fascinating. He's almost like an anti-hero. You hate the guy but love what he brings to the story.

You make a good point on the burns though. Third degree burns would be hard to survive without serious medical intervention wouldnt it? I always read about how burn victims have to worry about infections that can kill them if not handled carefully.

He has to die because I think he is better at it than I would be.

Indeed I don't think the shock would get them it would be secondary infection.
I know nothing about branding other than I would kill the sum bitch who did it to me.
It seems to me a smaller series of marks would be more survivable.
But perhaps the reason was he wanted them to die miserably?
If they survive they would have learned their lesson???
