If they can keep from going brain dead they may have a winner with this one.
Not every episode of any series is great, just look at Walking Dead in season 2 I was ready to give up on them.

Saw the first episode ON DEMAND yesterday, I don't know... :?

Next episode is on Friday night, let's see how that one is.

I actually liked most of the first episode.
A bit goofy in places but that is to be expected.
I think it has potential depending on how it is handled.

I have a few questions though.

How much time passed from initial infection to the tests we saw in the opening?
Where were they when they had to di di mao?
How much time passed between that and meeting up with the group by the river?

Well I tried to watch it on demand but the little guy did something to the remote/control box and it doesn't connect online.

Not bad. Better than I expected from SyFy lately. Not as good as The Walking Dead, but still pretty good.

It appears to be about a year from the start of the show at the prison to the encounter at the river camp.
They start in upstate New York.

If i understood the opening correctly, the prisoner testing takes place 3 years after the initial outbreak.

Quick evac location, i thought it was in the Carolina's Area, but that dont make sense if they head to new york to get to california...

Then jumps time 1 year to the Blue Sky Camp.

I think they have their timing way off.
Maybe it will make more sense as the series progresses.

Maybe so, I know time jumps can be confusing.

Can you merge this with the other Z Nation thread?
