That's a cool concept, but would it be worth 2-3 times the price of a typical magazine? I don't own an AR, so my knowledge of prices is the result of a google search I just did, but it doesn't seem worth it. Maybe just a Bug Out or HD loadout, rather than replacing all magazines with it?

Seems like a good idea, I wonder how it actually works?

At $21 per mag that does not seem unreasonable to me but if I remember the last time I bought polymer mags they were around $17.
I have not bought in a while though, I have so many AR mags I may only buy technologically innovative ones for the rest of my life.
Basically I have enough to deal with the drug dealer across the street and all his friends.

The only issue I see with these is in the consistency of training.
For the last 20 years or so, I have developed the muscle memory for standard mags.
Last round bolt hold open, drop the mag, insert a fresh one, close the bolt, BANG!
It works.
It's what I'm used to.
My mags all work flawlessly.

Right now you can get standard Pmags/Lancers/Troys for $12-$15. USGIs for $9-12.

I don't really see where these new mags offer anything better.

"Your enemy will think you're empty and bum-rush you, but, the jokes on him, cuz you still have one round left!"

Seems kinda superfluous to me.

The only down side was the MSRP, a little steep if I remember correctly. But man, that's awesome.

Their website is messed up, I wonder if they are still in business?
