Snugpak is good stuff. I've got one of their rucks.

People may laugh at me now for being fat but when the stuffing hits the fan I will laugh as the starve to death and I survive off of my stores of fat like a bear in the winter!!!

I've been a steady 224 for awhile now. I drink gallons of water everyday and usually eat Cole slaw, ham and cheese sandos, and coconuts.

I'm down about thirty pounds, which just puts me around 'fat sack' instead of 'fat sack of shit'. Long term goal is around 260.

In our society it is difficult to eat properly.
Everywhere you turn you find corn syrup, excessive salt and fat.
There is a lot science in fast food.
In fact most of the flavors come out of a lab.
